Pittsburgh Lockformer Machine for HVAC Duct Fabrication
Pittsburgh Lockformer Machine is designed for high-volume production of lock profiles used in HVAC ductwork and general sheet metal fabrication. The machine forms six standard lock profiles required for manufacturing rectangular air ducts, round ducts, segmented elbows, and various fabricated fittings with excellent dimensional accuracy and repeatability.
Available with either a 3/8" or 1/2" Pittsburgh roll set, the machine processes 22–26 Gauge low-carbon steel while providing smooth operation, low noise, and consistent production quality. Its compact design makes it suitable for both small fabrication shops and large industrial HVAC manufacturing facilities.
