Before shipping, we carefully check the goods for defects and damage. After the cargo leaves us, the carrier takes responsibility for the delivery of the cargo. You also need to take care of unloading the goods upon arrival at the delivery address, if there are no such agreements with the carrier.

If they are, they must be registered and reported to the carrier in order to be entitled to a refund if necessary. We can also exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase. In this case, return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
