Before shipping, we carefully inspect all goods for defects and damage. Once the shipment leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the goods. The customer is responsible for unloading the goods upon arrival unless other arrangements have been made with the carrier.
Upon receipt of the goods, carefully inspect the shipment for any external or internal damage. If damage is found, it must be documented and reported to the carrier in order to file a claim and receive compensation when applicable.
We also accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To return an item, please provide us with the order number associated with the product using any convenient method of contact. Once the returned goods are delivered to our warehouse, we will issue the refund within 7 days.
