The material goes through the forming rollers each station bends ( Forms ) the material a little each time. The profile will depend on what profile was purchased with the machine.
Step 4
Then panel then comes out of the machine and hits a limit switch or stops by the PLC at your desired length. this will depend on the options you have selected when purchasing the machine.

There are many factors here. Some people do not want to haul their roof panel machine around in their work truck. They can be installed on a trailer so any employee can take it to the job site. Having the machine on site is convenient and allows for constant installation of roof panels.
