Commercial Spiral tube former TF1500S made to produce spiral ducts. Machine combines operation with Flexible and Fixed molds, Disc and Saw cutting.

Expandable metal strip coil holder with brake

Tube-former with five stations roll-forming unit

Circulating lubrication system

Cut off system with slitter blades and saw cut unit (plasma cutting unit is optional)

Automatic run out stacking table with pneumatic drive drop off system for ducts up to 20 feet length

Set of rollers to operate with 18 - 26 Gauge PPGI

Bead rollers rollers for single, double, and triple bead.

Optionally: Fixed hard molds of various size diameters or standard set of Fixed molds for diameters 6",10",12",14",16",20",24",30", 36" or any other diameter in range of 4" to 60" up to order.

Spiral ducts used in HVAC (simply round ducts, ovalizing, squad spiral ducts), in dust transportation systems, PU insulated pipes as protective coverage.
