Gorelocker Round Duct Elbow Making Machine

Gorelocker machine SGWT-1250 designed to produce round duct elbow, fabricated fittings and fittings production. This machine is a cost-effective solution for the production of welded elbows, reducers, end caps and off-sets for HVAC, downspout and exhausting systems. Low power consumption, easy operating and adjustment provides you the power to fabricate hundred of fittings in-store per day.

It's a two side machine with two separate working sites. One side is a Flanger/Swager to flange one side of a cylindrical gore. On the same side by switching mode crank, the upper table goes down and the operator is swaging the connecting side of the next gore. On the second side (opposite end) of the machine (lockseamer side), at the same time another operator finalizes the operation by closing the seam into a standing rib.

This way two operations are conducted simultaneously, increasing final productivity. Standing rib diameters from 5 to 50 inches (125–1250 mm) of 28 to 16.5 gauge steel (0.5–1.5 mm). Final seals eliminate the need for painting, coating or sealant. Gorelocker SGWT-1250 uses minimal power—only 2.2 kW for each side (maximum 4.4 kW while two operators are working simultaneously). Required floor space is only 8.5 × 3 feet. This model does not require a hydraulic station and operates without shavings, heat, excessive noise, water or spark production. Standard warranty is one year.

Hydraulic & Pneumatic Operation

Electrical equipment with two frequency inverters allows speed adjustment from 0–200% of the standard operating speed. This provides more convenient operation when manufacturing both smaller (reduced speed) and larger (increased speed) round duct elbow diameters.
