1" or 1,5" Roofing Fixed Cleat Bending Tool

Tool made to manually bend 1" or 1,5" Fixed Cleats for double lock mechanical seam roofing panels. One tool can only bend one size.

Makes a completely formed fixed cleat in simple operation out of a long enough metal strip.

First step you stick one end of your strip in a slot and fold clip in one bend.

Second step - you cut the cleat of the strip, and repeat the procedure. The die makes two indents for screws or nails.

One step tool to bend 1" or 1,5" double lock mechanical cleats in simple operation. You have to feed a strip of material into the tool and manually bend it. After that you have to take the cleat out and cut it of the strip. Re-feed the strip and bend the next one.
