4–6 inch Metal Seamless Siding Machine with J-channel Rollformer
The 46J metal siding roll forming machine shapes continuous metal sheets or coils into 4" or 6" horizontal wall siding profiles, and J-channel to fit siding panels. J-channel and siding profiles come with mounting slots. 4" and 6" wide siding profiles are formed with the same set of rollers that can be adjusted manually using spacers. J-channel profiles are formed on separate rollers on the right side of the main shaft and do not require adjustments.
The machine passes the flat metal strip through a series of tooling forming rollers that progressively bend the metal into the wall siding shape, creating long, uniform, and consistent panels. It is equipped with a hydraulic shear that does not require adjustment. Panel length and batch quantity are controlled with a PLC. A wireless remote assists with starting, feeding, and adjustment. These machines are efficient for producing a high volume of uniform panels.
How it works:
- A metal roll or coil is set on the decoiler located on top of the machine and fed around the front reverse rollers.
- It passes through a series of tooling forming rollers.
- The PLC-automated hydraulic cutting system then cuts the formed panels to the required length.
Machine can be adjusted to run PPGI / GI (26-24 gauge, grade 50-60) or Aluminum (.024-.032). It is a portable machine measuring just 13' long, 3' wide, and 4' tall.
