Hydraulic decoiler 6000lbs

This electric hydraulic uncoiler / decoiler for coils up to 6000 lbs (3 tons) and 26" wide is a standard piece of industrial equipment used in roll forming, stamping, and cutting lines to efficiently and safely uncoil heavy metal strips. 
Key Specifications:
    Capacity: 6000 lbs (approx. 2.7 to 3 metric tons).
    Max Coil Width: 26 inches (approx. 660 mm).
    Operation: Features a hydraulic system for controlled expansion of the mandrel to grip the coil's inner diameter, and electric AC motor for controlled unwinding.
    Coil Inner Diameter (ID) Range accommodates standard inner diameters, such as 15" to 21" 
    Control System: includes an electric control system with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) controls, to adjust the unwinding speed and tension to match the production line requirements. Comes with limit switch for better synchronization with other equipment in production line. 

Common Features
    Hydraulic Expansion: The core feature that uses hydraulic pressure to expand the mandrel (jaws) and secure the coil from the inside. Saves time and labor comparing to models with manual crank handles, make real difference with heavy coils with obvious reason.
    Motorized Unwinding: The decoiler is motorized to provide a smooth, consistent feed rate. Take off pressure of the rollforming machine that it running with, increase its tolerance and decrease wore out of the feeding and forming rollers.
    Adjustable Speed Control: Allows operators to regulate the speed of the unwinding process. Start up and slow down time to prevent wear out and better sync with other machines. Allows to run machine with single phase power source 220v.
